Rupneet is an HR Professional turned craftpreneur running a brand "Sylviaz" promoting art and craft, with a drive to give new life to old things,making them use worthy for years ahead! Charitha lingam loves working on different mediums and with different kinds of equipment. It could either be a paint brush, a mouse, a cake, a hand saw, potter’s clay, or just about anything lying waste in and around her house.

Crafting has always been and still is her hobby. Decoupage, Sospeso, Glass Mosaic, Image transfers, Acrylic pours, Kiln-fired Ceramics, Mixed media art etc. are some art techniques that she use.
